Just driven back from Italy through some challenging weather! with newly rebuilt engine, brakes, new shocks, water pump, fuel pump, oil pump, heater, four new tyres and a fresh ASI ‘Gold’ plate issue. I managed 47.7 mpg on the motorway and I must say what a beautiful smooth engine and quiet cabin. We only used the heater once back in the UK! Sitting in Milan traffic in +37c was no problem what so ever.
